She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Barrett and Elsa Barrett; her parents-in-law, Morgan and Gladys Legard; her son Ted Cooper; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Legard, Sharon Jacobs (Legard) and Don Anderson (Claudia).
She is survived by: her husband David Legard; her daughter Abby Farwig (G. Nicholas Farwig) of Chicago, IL; her granddaughters, Gabby and Ally; her stepson Jeffery Legard of Muskegon, MI; her stepgrandchildren, Riley, Ethan and Ryan; her stepson Christopher Legard (Emily) of Williamstown, NY; her stepgrandson Leo; her sister Claudia Barrett Anderson of Fraser, MI; and her close friends, Jim and Laurie Duplissis. She is also survived by many other cousins, in-laws, and friends.
