She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustave Yost and Aletea Yost (Taylor); and her siblings, Judith Powers (Jack) and David Parker. She is survived by: her husband Doug Berndt; her son Tim Berndt; her grandsons, Alex and Caleb Cereska; her stepmother Florence Yost; and her siblings, Ronald Yost, Michael Yost (Diana), Jeffrey Yost (Carol) and Lori Feerick (Gary). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
