We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2023, at the age of 75, Pamela Sue Blackey of Muskegon, Michigan, born in Alhambra, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Phillips and Dorothy Phillips (Wolfe); and her sisters, Phyllis Zamora, Patricia Holbrook and Peggy LeBel.
She is survived by: her husband James W Blackey; her son Korey Kemp (Renee); her grandchildren, Tristan and Hayley Kemp; and her sister Priscilla Campbell (Larry).
