She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ada Johnson Minor and James Albert Johnson; her parents, Alfred Bell and Mary Bell (Johnson); her daughter Leeza Bell; and her siblings, David Wayne Bell Sr., Velma Jean Bell-Drake and Ramon Bell.
She is survived by: her son Ramiah Bell-Brown; her siblings, Alfred Bell Sr. (Deborah), Patricia Ann Bell, Yvonne Morrisey, Ronald Keith Bell, Shari Lynn Bell and Deshaun Bell; and her niece Paula Anita Snowden. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
