She is survived by: her adoptive father Rev. Timmy Smith (Kim); her parents, Douglas Spencer Jr. and Jamie Fairbanks; her siblings, Kaitlin, Douglas Spencer III, Jaiden Smith, Ethan Smith, Benieceo Smith, Timmy Smith II (Jessica) and Anthony Smith (Stacey); her grandmothers, Sandi Fairbanks, Julie Spencer and Lou Ann Fairbanks; her great-grandparent Audrey Harris; and also Larry. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
