She was predeceased by: her parents, Chalmer Fradenburg and Gertrude Fradenburg (Jehner); her former husband Lyle Peterson; her sisters, Margaret Arnold and Ruth Ann Kelley; her son-in-law Edward Belmore; and her great grandchild Adelaide L. Dekker.
She is survived by: her husband Theodore Osborn; her children, Steven Peterson (Bernadette), Stephanie Belmore (Michael Walsh), Shari Dekker (Daniel) and Scott Peterson (Delores); her brother Daniel Fradenburg (Cheryl); her stepsister Bernice Dreskey; her niece Rochelle Hartley (Rick); her great grandchild Teds; and her children, Karen Bonjenoor (Jim), Mark Osborn and Jeannie Flanders (Neil). She is also survived by niece and nephews, 8 grandchildren.
