She is survived by: her children, Russell Phillips (Kathy), Brian Phillips, Marsha Bailey (David) and Pam Cox (Steve); her sister Bonnie Tyler; and her brother-in-law Donald Grant. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; 29 Great-Grandchildren.
