She is survived by: her children, Richard Paul Hazekamp (Sue), Sandra Marie Foster (James) and David Alan Hazekamp (Patti); her grandsons, Benjamin Foster and Jared Foster (Sheena); her great grandchildren, Jude and Kaisa Foster; and her son-in-law Pat Corbin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
