She was predeceased by: her husband Roger L. Billman; her parents, Mary Eckenmiller and Elmer Davis; and her son Bradley Billman. She is survived by: her children, Paula Carroll (Ferman), Brian Billman (Sheila), Kevin Billman (Jennifer) and Craig Billman (Wendy). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and two step great grandchildren.
