He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Wilburn and Marguerite Wilburn (Piper); and his brother Don Wilburn. He is survived by: his sons, Chad Farrell, Christopher Wilburn and Kaleb Wilburn; his stepdaughter Stacey Plumhoff (BJ); his grandchildren, Macynn, Chad Jr., Tyson, Parker, Fallon, Seth and Bryce; his siblings, Ron Wilburn (Joyce), Anthony Wilburn, Dale Wilburn (Peggy), Ruth Smith and Connie Wilburn; and his sister-in-law Sandy Wilburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
