He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Russell Lake; his wife Beverly; his daughters, Michelle Hancock (Nathan) of Muskegon and Jessica Shull (Jeremy) of Muskegon; his grandchildren, Michael Lake, Darwin Shull, Madelynn Shull, Nathan Hancock, Jr. and Noah Hancock; his mother Mattie O'Grady of Muskegon; his brother Glenn Lake; and his stepfather Kenneth O'Grady.
