He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kimberly; his children, Ryan Martin (Melissa), Marisa Cadorin (Joseph), Meagan Ary (Keenan) and Sky Hammond; his father Terrence; his grandchildren, Dean Martin, Luciano Cadorin, Liliana Cadorin and Kaelan Ary; his siblings, Jennifer Reed (Robert), Timothy Martin, Linda Martin (Thomas Schumacher), Jeffrey Martin (Laura) and David Martin (Nicole); his former wife Julie Mazzei-Martin; and also, Carol Macaulay, Terri, Angela and Tony West.
In lieu of flowers all donations collected will be gifted to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation in Michael's name.
