He is survived by: his wife Kate; his children, Mike II Tawney (Sarah), Tina Ordaz (Ben) and Trisha Fleener (Greg); his grandchildren, Morgun McLouth, Austin Fleener, Brandon Ordaz, Jared Fleener, Parker Tawney, Mavrick McLouth, Austin Ordaz, Madison Tawney, Kendalynn Gangwer and Blake Tawney; his great grandchildren, Adalynn McLouth and Spencer Mroz; his siblings, Glen Tawney (Carol), Cork Thorstein (Steve) and Linda Tawney; and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Gundy (Harold), Ralph Bidelman and Ken Bidelman (LouAnn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fruitport Eagles (3354 S Dangl Rd, Muskegon, MI 49444).
