He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnie Temple and Cecelia Temple. He is survived by: his children, Stacie Temple, Mindy Temple (Gary Morse), Jason Temple (Nicky), Justin Temple (Nicole) and Brock Temple; and his sisters, Teresa Posvistak (Walter), Debra Swihart (Jeffrey) and Sherry Farr (Robert). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
