He is survived by: his daughters, Kristin Wellman (Richard Jr.) and Kelly Banks (Michael); his son-in-law Joseph Hagen; his grandchildren, Tyler Wellman, Travis Wellman (Tracy), Richard Wellman III (Elizabeth), Brian Wellman, Samuel Banks, Isaac Banks (Jalyn) and Phoebe Banks; his great grandchildren, Madison, Caleb, Andrew, Everett, Amilia and Aubree; his brothers, Larry Carlson (Cheri) and Randy Carlson (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Walter "Jim" Issitt (Pat) and Mary Braun. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
