He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fred Levi, Harvey and Adeline Goulette; and his cousin Arlen Levi. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Goulette and Brenda Goulette (Levi); his son Devin Mark Goulette; his grandmother Nancy Levi; and his sisters, Selina Mae Davis (Jacob), Ashley Rae Bevins (Chris) and Danielle Dee Mickelson (Dan). He is also survived by one niece and several nephews.
