She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert T. Ginman and Doris V. Ginman (Welton); and her siblings, Suzanne Ginman and Bill Ginman (Tony Powell). She is survived by: her husband Tony Powell; her sisters, Lynn Mauseth (Ted) and Nancy Overman (Ken); her sister-in-law Wilma Ginman; her son Tim Russell; and her stepdaughter Lora Duram. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
