She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kopasz and Amelia Kopasz (Beno); and her husband Joseph Kasprzyk. She is survived by: her children, Deacon David Kasprzyk (Loretta) and Mary Jo Macaulay (Douglas). She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
