She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Febbie and Sarah Thorton; her spouse Dee Allen Cotton; her siblings, Lloyd, Janie, David, Annis, Erastus and Elbert; her daughter Marva; her grandson Hiram; her great grandchildren, Victor Roberts and Willie Cotton III; and her son Smith.
She is survived by: her grandson Walker Arena; her son Willie Cotton Sr. of Muskegon; her grandchildren, Aleshia of Muskegon, Hazel of Muskegon, Willie of Muskegon, Mark of Muskegon, Carla of Muskegon, Gary of Muskegon and Patricia of Columbus Ohio; and her son Sim Ray of Muskegon. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; 38 great great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
