She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Loisel and Barbara Loisel; her children, Dan Hess of Flint, Desirae Waller (Harley) of Muskegon and Anthony Kovacs, Jr. of Muskegon; and her granddaughter Desiree Hess.
