He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Norman and Dawn Irene Church (Sondregger). He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Szendre (Jason) and Jennifer Church (Larry); his stepchildren, Rebecca Kelly (Albert), Danial Weinrick (Jaime) and Brent Weinrick (Heathyr); and his siblings, Dave (Pat), Matt (Julie), Jan Herrmann (Bob) and Pastor Scott Church. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven step grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
