She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Palmer; and her brother Colbert Burt Jr. (Frankie Burt). She is survived by: her children, Eric Morris and Kimberely Morris; her sisters, Carolyn Lawrence and Genever Hallum; and her goddaughter Dymin Woods. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
