He is survived by: his mother Frances Rodriguez; his daughter Kelli Jean Rodriguez (Adam DeWeerd); his sisters, Mary Tubbs (Ron), Sara Rodriguez, Rachel Jones (Jeff) and Berkeley Oberheu-Pycz (Ed); and his grandson David Lawrence DeWeerd.
