She was predeceased by: her children, Ronald J Starks Jr. and Donna Louise Starks-Benka; and her siblings, Pete, Rick Rodriguez and Pat Downing.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald J Starks Sr.; her daughters, Ida Lee Wheeler and Renna Staelens; and her siblings, John Rodriguez (Mary), Bill Rodriguez (Sally) and Jeannie Huss. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
