She is survived by: her parents, Gerard Hayes and Georgia Hayes; her husband Phillip Machinski; her children, Brandon Machinski (Lyndsey), Nicole Felker and Kaitlyn Machinski (Mike); her grandchildren, Ryley, Aidan, Abegayl, Tristan and Annie; and her siblings, Jerry Hayes (Tami), Tim Hayes (Lori), Ken Hayes (Teresa), Bob Hayes (Sheila), Kathy Schultz (Joe) and Lynda Firestone (Pat). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
