She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Christian and Marilyn Strong. She is survived by: her husband Steven Smith; her son Jordan; her siblings, Tom Nowakowski and Terri Goldsmith (Hugh); her nieces, Jessica, Tomi, Rebecca and Wendie; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Maelee, Isabell, Helea, Jerome and Zoie; her uncle Chuck; and her aunt Diane Strong.
Per Lois' request, no public funeral will be taking place, but donations in her memory can be made out to The Mercy Health Johnson Family Cancer Center.
