He is survived by: his father Michael Proctor (Kristin); his son Jax Allen Proctor; his mother Jamie Langlois (Troy Ernst); his grandparents, Bob Langlois (Mary), Dale Balavitch (Dan) and Warren "Doc" Proctor (Tressa); his siblings, Nichole Proctor, Michael Proctor Jr. and Kyle Proctor; his nieces and nephews, Case and Ella; his aunt Kristin Krehn; and his uncles, William Langlois, Bobby Langlois Jr. and Rick Krehn. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
