She was predeceased by: her parents, Laverne Verhulst and Beverly Verhulst (Murphy); her husband Charles Westbrook (Bud); her siblings, Laverne Verhulst Jr. (Mickey), Terry Verhulst, Pam Westerlund and Betty Lillie; her son Victor Westbrook; and her great grandchild Milo Woessner.
She is survived by: her siblings, Durron Verhulst (Ronnie) and Patti Conard (Butch); her son Thomas Westbrook; her daughter-in-law Tina Jahn (Paul Grisham Sr); her grandchildren, Casey Westbrook, Jamie Woessner (Mason), Jessica Westbrook and Bethany Westbrook; and her great grandchildren, Daniel Cooper, Mae'lonnie Westbrook, Victor Westbrook II, Sophia Miller, Charles Taylor and Marcellus Taylor.
