She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Packer and Marian Packer; and her grandparents, Bill and Iva Packer. She is survived by: her brother Robert Packer Jr.; her nieces, Taylor, Becky, Jennifer and Kristen; and her nephew Wesley.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
