She was predeceased by: her husband Milton Hackney; her son Chuck Hackney; and her siblings, Henry Buikema, Manna Buikema, Maude Matthews, Jennie Brink and Anna May Hammond.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Hackney (Debbie), Richard Hackney (Linda), Dennis Hackney, Steven Hackney (Binnie), Brian Hackney, Nancy Hellman (Terry) and Patricia French (Michael). She is also survived by 53 grandchildren; 81 great-grandchildren; and 59 great great-grandchildren.
