He is survived by: his siblings, Janie Brooks-Davis, Floyd Brooks Jr. (Patricia) of Muskegon, MI, Linda Howell of Detroit, MI, Katherine Brown of Flint, MI, Andrew Brooks of Decatur, GA, George Brooks (Genita) of Muskegon, MI, Carolyn Alexander (Ray J.), Craig Brooks, Marilyn Brooks of Muskegon, MI and Kevin Brooks (Audrey) of Stone Mountain, GA; his aunts, Linda Brooks, Clara Scott and Pauline Smith; and his uncle Clarence Sims.
His contribution to the holiday meals were Hawaiian dinner rolls.
