It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence E. Rust (Muskegon, Michigan), who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lawrence E. Rust to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorin Rust and Christine Rust (Potts); his former wife Mary Hardy; his son Claude Rust; and his sisters, Marceal Stevens and Edonna Norris.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Schmitz of Muskegon; his children, Sandra Frein (Marvin) of Muskegon, Susan Bowen (Tom) of Muskegon and Edward Rust (Gayle) of Texas; and his daughter-in-law Connie Rust of Florida. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
