With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laveda Parks (Muskegon, Michigan), who passed away on October 9, 2020 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Carlton Cooper and Jessie Ruth Cooper; and her brothers, Bobby and Gary. She is survived by: her husband Steven Parks; her stepdaughter Onyema Brown of Ann Arbor; and her siblings, Tracy Lewis (Rodney) of Grand Rapids and Bruce. She is also survived by dog, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
