He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Johnson and Lena Johnson (Wolfe); his son James "Jimmy" Johnson; and his siblings, Arthur, Carl, Ruth and Elaine.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Austin; his daughter Pam Kraley (Michael); his grandchildren, Matthew Kraley, Megan Kraley and Emily Kraley; his siblings, Paul Johnson (Rosemary), Vern Johnson (Judy), Darlene Sarasin and Norma Scott (Joe); and his siblings-in-law, Betty Johnson and Harold Haase.
