He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lewis and Viola Lewis (Welch); his partner Jackie Eschman; his siblings-in-law, Gail Lewis, Bill Deephouse and Chuck Ward; and his sons, Larry Jr. and Bruce.
He is survived by: his children, April Hurlburt (Frank), Darcy Eschman (Brant), Cathy Lange (Robert), Riley Lewis and Brianna Lewis; his grandchildren, Hayden, Franklin, Arial, Xzavier, Xzander, Austin, Alyssa and Alexis; and his siblings, Louie Lewis, Fred Lewis (Barb), Virginia Bolt, Betty Deephouse, Sandy Peterson (Roger) and Sharon Ward.
