He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Carvey and Catherine Carvey (Barsema); and his brother Bob Carvey. He is survived by: his spouse Jan Emlaw; his daughters, Kristy Carvey and Kelly Mundt (Chris); his grandchildren, Jalen Burks, Benjamin, Alyson and Josalyn Mundt; his siblings, Eleanor Daniels and Ken Carvey (Joyce); and his sister-in-law Carol Carvey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
