He was predeceased by: his parents, Terri Lynn Jack (Tuttle) and Robert Elvin Jack. He is survived by: his siblings, Derrick G. Bonham (Karen) and Kayla M. Douglas (Lawrence); and his nieces and nephews, Sam, Kaylee, Elizabeth, MacKenzie, Madison, Mason, Morgan, Mia, Malayla and MaKenna. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Black Creek Bible Church (2651 Heights Ravenna Rd, Muskegon, MI 49444). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family in care of Kayla.
