She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, James and Audrey Hagen; and her siblings-in-law, Carolann Surrell-Jones, Ron Jones and John Callahan.
She is survived by: her parents, Maurice W. Carlson and Barbara S. Carlson (Issitt); her husband Joe Hagen; her sisters, Kristin Wellman (Richard) and Kelly Banks (Michael); and her siblings-in-law, Bob Jones, Jill Jones, Jennifer Jones and Mary Kathryn Callahan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
