He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Chase and Roseanna Vonlinsowe; and his brother Cal. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Vonlinsowe; his children, Mike Montalvo (Misty), Tawni Passenier (Mike), Joey Whipple (Courtney) and Melinda Hampton (Cody); his grandchildren, Kayden, Angeline, Kiley, Michael, Hunter, Sweet Pea, Jaiike, Silas and Brooklynn; and his nephew Kyle Hathaway.
