He was predeceased by: his brother Terry; his grandson Adam Speer; and his daughter Lori. He is survived by: his children, Brian, Ken, Mike Speer and Amy Strand (Matt); his son-in-law Patrick Wittkopp; his sister-in-law Marilyn Speer; his grandchildren, Torey Speer, Matthew Wittkopp, Morgan Wittkopp, Zachary Speer, Michael Speer (Evonna), Carson and Kenleigh Strand; and his great grandchildren, Kimberlee, Olivia, Jozilyn, Evie, Scout, Adrian, Austin and Jacob.
