He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his children, Kenneth Rewalt Jr. (Nichol), Bret Rewalt (Karen) and Melissa Bentoske (Brian); his father Eugene "Spike" Rewalt; his sister Judy Zarlenga (Brent); his mother-in-law Phyllis Carey; his grandchildren, Israel (Emily), Lejaye, Victoria, Andrew, Cameron, Breanna, Madisyn, Lucas, Dallas, Damian, Aubrey, Jace and Bentley; and his great grandchildren, Liberty, Samson, Grayson and Ezra. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
