She was predeceased by: her father Harvey Bronkest; her husband Joseph Abodeely; her sister Patsy Babbitt; and her niece Debbie Pennington. She is survived by: her nephews, Greg Babbitt (Denise), Jeff Babbitt (Lori) and Terry Babbitt (Debbie); and her caregiver Kevin Woods. She is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews; several great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
