She is survived by: her husband Phil DuShane; her sons, Nick DuShane (Tracy), Rodney DuShane (Cari) and Brett DuShane (Michelle); her grandchildren, Nikole, Logen, Rylee, Colton, Nicole, Brieanna, Jordyn and Summer; her great grandchild Tony; her siblings, Gail Dobyns, Sam Kempker and Gary Kempker (Cindy); and her siblings-in-law, Cyndi DuShane and Gary DuShane (Margaret). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
