He is survived by: his wife Karen Mendiola; his children, Nicolas Todd (Paula), Marisa Mendiola (Jeremy Martin) and Joygina Brown; and his siblings, Herman, George Mendiola, Ramon Hernandez, Elva Walker (Lance) and Mary Hatcher (Fred). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
