She is survived by: her husband John Edward Lysiak; her children, Jean Lysiak, John Lysiak (Tracy) and Jeff Lysiak (Diane); her grandchildren, Jake (Ashley), Travis, Mason, Gage, Nathan (Brandi) and Cody (Nicki); and her great grandchildren, Faith, Layla and Ava.
