She is survived by: her children, Neil Lewinski (Kathleen Lemmen) and Jennifer Kaulius (Alfred); her grandchildren, Matthew Lewinski (Kathy), Jessica Nguyen (An), Emily Kaulius and Abigail Kaulius; and her great grandchildren, Braden, Austin and Avery.
