She was predeceased by: her parents, R. L. Young and Gladys Young (Rollenhagen); and her siblings, Joseph Young and Enid Hoyle. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Nelson; her daughters, Amy Kendall (Rob), Shelly Miller (Michael) and Vicki Nelson-Smeby (Larry Cone); her grandchildren, Kaitlin Magnan-Seager (Matt), Brenden Magnan (Julianna), Alexa Smeby (John), Racquel Smeby, Kyle Kendall and Kaden Kendall; and her sister Jane Cardinal (Jerry).
