He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Johnivan and Viola Johnivan (Derouin); his wife Donna; his son Timothy; and his siblings, Harold, Gene, Jim and Leona.
He is survived by: his children, Perry Johnivan (Wanda), Thomas Johnivan, Patricia Dunaway (Jerry) and Todd Johnivan (Heidi); his grandchildren, Jennifer Johnivan, Jessica Symons (Adam), Joey Smith (Christine), Krysta Sosa (Daniel), Kaidee Dunaway, Rihnae Creel (Zander), Joshua Sullivan (Dee), Timothy Johnivan and Jordan Johnivan (Conner Holtrust); his great grandchildren, Michaela (Gary), Miranda McCulley (Brandon), Hunter Buchanan (Sophia), River Buchanan, Kaitlynn Sosa, Daniel Sosa and Leslie Sosa; and his great great grandchildren, Lliam, Audrey, Macey, Andrew McCulley, Annie McCully, Zelda Buchanan, Lincoln Buchanan, Travis Pilcher, Lorelai Smith, Dehlila Creel, Leila Sosa, Amira Sullivan, Sienna Sullivan, Kora Sullivan, Iridessa Sullivan and Ezhra Sullivan.
