He was predeceased by: his parents, William Partlow and Adeline Partlow (Townsend); and his brother Jack. He is survived by: his spouse Catherine Gajeski; his sons, Jeffrey Partlow of Muskegon and David (Michelle) of Rochester, MI; his grandchildren, Madi and Ryan Partlow; and his siblings, Donna Partlow Powers and Don Partlow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
