He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ann Misze (Wisniewski) and Lewis Alford Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Katrina Pennington (Herbert); his stepchildren, Erica Herbert and Brooke Nieusma (Jeremy); his stepgrandson Tilian Nieusma; his siblings, Shelley Eyestone (Toby), Hope Sarber and Bruce Cook; and his cousin Jodi Wiesniewski. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
